… it is not common for a destination to be so much more than was expected, but Israel is clearly one of those very special places. Our group of 80 Canadians and Americans was treated to an outstanding IGT service, and this ensured that a wonderful trip became a very extraordinary experience. At every turn during our weeks stay, IGT provided an excellent service and were able to alter schedules to suit the group’s changing needs. Credit to you for assembling such a lovely group of staff members who really made the stay so special…  

Hillel has used IGT for over 15 years to provide on the ground logistical, administrative and program support for its Taglit - Birthright Israel trips and for a number of Israel mission trips for our staff and volunteer leaders.  IGT’s knowledge and professionalism is very strong; they hire top notch staff and provide excellent support including great tour educators and logistical managers. I want to thank all of the individuals and teams, in IGT, who worked together in an enjoyable, challenging, and rich environment to create this successful Hebrew University Board of Governors project. I was amazed at the sense of family that drives you in a professional manner and led you to identify the needs of the university. I am glad to have gotten to know you on a personal and professional level, and wish for continued cooperation in the future.

I wanted to thank you for all of your work in preparation for the WIZO conference. In addition to the professional team, I benefited from the personal service and care at all times, even the difficult ones.

Ex Libris customers enjoyed a fabulous week in Oxford at the IGeLU Conference and Systems Seminar. The contribution of IGT to the success of the events was huge and they outshone everyone's expectations. From the hotel bookings, to dealing with 1000s of customer enquiries, to arranging the spectacular social events, not a detail went astray. Registration of over 400 participants on the first morning was completely smooth, and advice and friendly words were always available at the IGT desk throughout the conference. These were appreciated by participants.

I know that the IGT team went above and beyond normal commitments to produce this outstanding conference and events related to it.
